Having the majority of the living space on the ground floor is a nice feature, and so it the attention to detail in the sound and lighting, both inside and out. The home shows extremely well overall, and is in a great South Placer County location. This is a true million dollar home, however, in this market, I just dont see it reaching the full $1,795,000 price tag, especially only on 1.3 acres. For almost $2 million dollars, one would expect a better view, more prestigious neighborhood, or a brand new home and an additional 2,000 square feet of luxury. I'm very curious to see what this home finally sells for, and how long it will take.
