The Boulders is a gated high end community of 15 homes on lots from 1.4 to 3 acres. Currently there are only 2 listed homes for sale in the community, and there have been no sales in the last 12 months.
This luxury home for sale is currently listed for $1,465,000, and is listed as a Short Sale. It boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths, over 6,300 sqft, and a 1.8 acre lot.
The list of amenities in this home is staggering. The kitchen alone includes 4 dishwashers, Wolfe 6 burner stove, double ovens, and an oversize island all showcased in custom Savage cabinetry. The kitchen opens to the spacious family room and dining room, and also has exquisite views of the rear yard and pool
